I've been using the Cyber Hunter cheat for a few years and I've never been banned, but I've always felt that the cheat has a slight difficulty in "lock" the crosshairs when the mouse goes to the right.
But nothing that bad, trust me.

Not a single cheat you will finde anywhere is safe there will be risk and you wont go away with them.
