it could be. if you beat the enemy a lot and keep getting more kills and you keep getting more wins then you should probably be careful. another thing if someone is watching you while you;re playing you should be very careful

and to be honest like you said aimbot doesn't aim for heads etc. but aiming at the enemy's weapon or body.
