I advise to learn how to build a pc yourself or have some one you know help or do it for you that's way cheaper than a prebuilt your probably gonna pay 500 for pc and 500 for being prebuilt somewhere along those lines bro.

You should buy a desktop PC, not a laptop, but if you want a laptop, I recommend the ASUS, they are of very good quality.
My desktop computer currently is 1000 dollars and runs all the games, I have an intel i7 7700, gtx 1050ti video card, 16gb of ram, a 600w power supply, an msi mother and a 1TB hard disk I use windows 10 pro 64 bits and I run all the games (the most advanced with the graphic settings at a minimum).
