It is simple, m8, RIOT has implemented a system that put smurf vs smurft, so you game is composed of a lot of smurf and few noobs to fill in. The better smurf will know how to explore the enemy team's noob and at the 10 minutes of the game you will have someone with 15 kills or more.

Things scale more faster, you need perform better your early game to carry, if you are in 20 minutes and isn't feeded, more you will need your team.

Could they be implementing hacker servers like CSGO for example. They place you against other scripters/hackers to even out the field.

many things have changed, build in specific, I think now the game will really get more complicated.
