Second CMD window dont open, script dont inject Lazysharp, Help?

My second cmd window doesn't open, i have already installed AIO runtimes, all drivers are updated, windows defender disabled, i'm a confirmed member, adblocker disabled too, i dont know what to do, please somebody can help?
When i click in "YÜKLE" i receive this menssage on cmd. i already check other topics on forum but nothing could work with me.

try turning the antivirus off, whatever antivirus you have installed
