Does it work Online? Or only OfflineShatterline Proxy (Unlock All, Spawner etc.)
This is a proof of concept REST API proxy written in C# for Shatterline. It has a few features but nothing crazy, there is MUCH more you can do with this. Every feature here is temporary, everything will go back to normal if you just restart your game.

Features:
Max weapon progression
Unlock all
Throwable mob spawner (works online)
Unreleased outfit for every character
Unreleased LMG for every character (it comes with a shield that DEFLECTS bullets, LOL)
How To Use:
1- Download the source code from my repo.
2- Compile.
3- Open and click trust certificate when it asks you to.
4- Click the 'options' tab and select what you want.
5- Open the game.
For those who are having trouble compiling, Aragon12 (creator), recommend installing Fiddlercore -Version 4.6.2.
