I believe that if they ban for using a skin, they will ban for having detected the script and not just for using a function of it.

I've been using Yasuo for weeks on smurfs and the accounts haven't been banned "yet".

There is no such problem at the moment, there is no ban. But that doesn't mean there won't be a ban. Don't use it on your main account.
