personally i have not gotten banned from the skin changer i have been using it for a while so i think it is undetected and safe go ahead and use it you wont have any issues

The skinchanger is safe, but WSREBORN itself is not allowed, so it can be banned

been using skinchanger for 4 years. Don't worry, just don't install some sketchy skinchangers that have more features because they can get you banned sooner or later

Yes it gives you banned if you use it because its a third party software cheat and they dont allow it
