to make it 100% you should do a windows fresh install if you dont know how to ask a friend for help or a local shop in your town for it they dont take that much for it even better if you got someone to help you out instead of trying with antiviruses that may not delete those things

Maybe a virus or rat, just use some cleaner of your pc.

the best option would be reset your pc i think, because sometimes not all virus can be detected by antivirus.

and btw you can use avast premium for better cleanup of your pc.

In my opinion, your browser was compromised. Check your browser addon/extension and run a anti spyware scan as well

web-based virus scanner use or Malwarebytes, uninstall the browser and always update it.
Once that same thing happen to me,I dont know very well about that so i reinstall the window

you should cheak your full pc and should use good antivirus programme
