Two possibilities:
A - You were playing FPP mode in which case you can't see yourself. Just your hands anf sometimes feet or other tiny bits. It's a mode where you get into the skin of the player.
B - Its a glitch. Try restarting the game. If problem persists, reinstall it. If problem still persists, write to the devs. The email id is provided in the description in the app store/ i store.
