I didnt delete xinpu_3.dll from game folder, I deleted it from our dll. They are different things. However, as I can say, delete directx 9 and reinstall it. Clear your temp file then try it again. DLL only need D3D9, thats all. I clearly do not understand why you guys can not see the menu.
