I enabald spectate mode on my ipad. AND still i can't spectate myself from the pc. It seems impossible to spectate palyer on ipad from an emulator account.

yes bro mobile player easily spect to emulator but emulator player can't spect mobile player

you cannot spectate a mobile player from emulator. It will always say that spectator limite reached.
