first problem starts with installing csgo in c drive, if i install csgo in default location, and i tried launching csgo it shows steam client not updated ( surely i have updated version) and if i install csgo in different drive it is playable but steam consumes every bit of my internet, where i have limited access of internet daily. I tried checking :-
1) clear steam cache.
2) deleting workshop folder in csgo ( i heard it may cause workshop endless download glitch )
3) turn off steam broadcasting.
4) turn off steam auto updates.
5) limiting downloading speed in steam.
i have tried almost everything but still causes problem, dose anyone have solution for this..??

You should maybe, partition your c drive to 25 GB so that u can install csgo on that partition, then maybe it should fix your problem. Sorry if it doesn't i never had this problem before.

Maybe something is corrupt at first for the first problem, right? The good thing would be to take a very deep search to find the problem on the internet (like asking for help on the forum here too). Second, Adwcleaner or some scanning program would be interesting to clean up and see why. I don't know very well about that part of the internet, limiting. There should be some video on youtube helping well with step by step

don't put game in c drive . better put any game at different drive D.E.F or G. Need to name the folder before you install the file. or maybe another app in your system in auto update that cause your data drain.

Make sure that Steam doesnt come in your Startup programs and doesnt run in the background bro. I did the same
