when you run it, and it say wait for action, the next step is to go to MH UL NEW Beta, in the site page
click on the game you want to play, then scoll down and click the green work "working" then click load, you are done, look the attached picture guide

You have to actually download the cheat each time from the UI page. The loader is just there to load the cheats into the game
