I am suddenly back to level 1 in the game. After I reached level 30 and platinum rank. This suddenly happened after the latest update.

Yes, I was cheating.

I chatted with ea support today, they told me that they have an issue with their servers; and that this is happening in a few occasions.

I believe that what caused this issue is that I was alt-f4 ing out of the game
