its very personal, but for me, the best config is evade off and everything on.
Something hotkeys i change for higher convience, for example, Combo in the hotkey C and Mixed in the hotkey V.

there is no much setups for swain, basically go for Shift menu and try to manage for urself brother, in Swain config u dont need any knowledge, his settings are very easy, simply if u want to throw E Check use combo E make sure to check drawings on W and spam the midlaner when u play on supp, let the W stack itselfs auto, there is settings auto w cc etc. check it and space2win
