Tekken 7 Online poor connection problem

So, i played few online matches of Tekken 7 on Steam and the connections are very slow mostly on 1 or 2 bars then some sone told me to use Radmin VPN. It will boost your ping and connection so, i downloaded Radmin VPN and joined the Tekken 7 network and started the game and the result is the same, no changes. Everything is still the same, so i am here asking if someone cloud help me with this.

For a better connection, forward ports in your router for Tekken 7. Forward all of the ports listed for your gaming device (Xbox One, PS4, or PC).

Radmin VPN basically establishes a VLAN connection to other people. So you should forward the specific ports it utilizes or just enable DMZ in your router, while of course keeping in mind the security risks these features bring to your home network.
