It has nothing to do with the original series. It doesn't have a tenth the tension of the first movie shot 30 years ago. In fact, the re-adapted movie made in 2003 is much better than that.

I watched chainsaw massacre, I dont know anything about the remake or maybe I watched the remake and just didnt know. It was pretty good movie and scary I would say
