keeping all the bs(In my opinion) out of the way. i personally think the only IMPORTANT reason to why to exercise is having enough durability in your day to do normal chores and be able to go outside and attend your job normally like a normal human without having to ask for relaxing breaks or naps as the more strong you are physically the more u can get done
