items are updated, so its difficult to say what its strong nowadays, but i guess buff AP with strong ap and magic pen, same with AD's, and tank need so much HP and a heavy armor/ magic resist and u will be great, idk now muych about supps so i can't advice in that
kraken slayer have become one of the underrated items in my opinion due to it being a Legendary rather than a Mythic item. now you can buy both Kraken Slayer AND Galeforce together combined, which makes it rather too powered
