That depends on your pc characteristics. In my case that I have a toaster as a PC, I leave it default except the graphics engine, I use DirectX

The processor does limit you but you can use the 4 ram inside the emulator and you only use that if 2 or 3 cores at most and if you have that video card that I saw in the characteristics of the pc you only use OpenGL

use Memu tencent gaming it very fast
probs not good enough specs to be running game and cheat
depends on your pc specs and your reflexes try practicing it.
