solution says:

[GetlastError() B7 - Thread Stopping : XXXX]

This is not an error.
It means the cheat is ready for use.
If it says External, it will open in another window.
The rest of the process will be there.

but dont inject, lol.

This happened to me, I found out that my computer was finding LazySharp to be a virus, so I had to disable Windows Defender normally, and then with regedit.

Try downloading Windows Defender Control. It's a simple tool that will disable/enable Windows Defender in one click.

What do i see in your screenshot it means it's working all you need to do is launching a game and that's it and if the script don't show up u need just to install runtimes ++
