i think you need only wallhacks for safest not getting banned just my opinion coz you're already advantage to them

Yes, a macro is safe compared to norecoil 3rd party apps

Macro is just a mouse script that pulls down the mouse for you (only on screen not real life) and thus it produces an effect like no recoil.

yes we can relate that with norecoil, no recoil doesn't move the gun at all but macro controls your gun's spray when you shoot, all of the bullets will hit in 1 direction

No imagine someone else is controlling the recoil for you but its still there.
