pretty sure you know how to load the cheat that's step 1
step 2 load the cheat in practice game and keep playing around till you know what everything does
but i will make it easy for you, when you press shift there is menu it makes you control the script so all you have to do go to third option and there will be some buttons such as x for last hit or c idk i just edit them for my good option
V for combo
C for last hit
y for clear so on
so you make those comfortable fo you and go to the last opotion which has the champion you playing with
let's say katarina for example you will see Q E R menus if not there ther ewill be menu called combo this adjust the combo for you if the kata starts E Q or Q E if she goes to the dager or no so on
you can adjust that too and misc menu this on for the special stuff such as if there mana how much you can keep harass your enemy till an d more like you have to find out all champs by yourself i suggest practice game and try and keep trying you will figure it out on your own

I think it just requires time till you learn how to use script. after that, you will be fine. and I think you should try champs that are more tanky like riven, irelia etc.
