Yea he is pretty good normally I set e to use when full stack poison and I disable r and use it manually then good orbwalker configs and nice evade configs and you good to go

Twitch just need evade, it needn't combo
twitch is best adc cuz when u play duo with ur support (LULU IS BEST) she peel u all the time and u have insane amount of attack speed so u are just kiting like a challenger and dodge everything cuz evade <3 twitch my beloved
