I downloaded the rar file UI and unzipped it with my Winrar, but it keeps saying part of it file is lost and is corrupt. I can't open it.

Turn off ur defender and firewall

Disable your antivirus and windows defender before extracting and also make sure you are keeping the files on the same folder.
