Username error - Still unsolved

I noticed a couple of days ago that if you change your username, it says you can change it again in 10 years' time (3650 days). It seemed like an error to me, so I created a thread: It got closed, but I didn't receive any response from the staff and nothing's changed. So, shouldn't it be every 365 days? Have you guys also noticed the same thing?
