VAC banned means , Steam will not help you in any way . I got VAC banned too and even gave them plenty of proof saying that i didnt do anything wrong. They said its not in their power to unban me

You must have used hacks on other games that are VAC secured.That's how you got banned in csgo.

If you used a hack on your account they can pull your registration files and ban you, if you haven't used a hack on your account you can send a ticket asking to check your registration.
