always got blue screen after running the driver my windows is on 1709 Because 1709 doesn't have guarded region and you're loading a driver to bypass it. Upgrade your Windows to 20H2 or 21H1.
Still doesnt work sadly, i have run the driver and Valorant.exe with admin privileges turned off avast antivirus core shields Because the driver of your avast are running in Kernel and blocking the driver to load even after you disable it. Make a clean uninstall of your avast and then restart your computer, try again and post the feedback here.
USAGE
Download it and extract to the same folder
Run the bat file called "Load Driver" as admin
Run Valorant
Run the Valorant.exe aka cheat which you extracted

Whenever I open LOAD DRIVER via Admin I get this error:
