Right now most free manual spoofing methods have been patched or only work for some motherboards. Most spoofers are paid and expensive but in the end of the day cheating in valorant is expensive and they have developed a quite smart anti cheat.

Btw this is simply not true, there are spoofers out there that support laptops but most spoofers just don't work on laptops because they are more complicated to spoof than PCs as they lack the customization that PCs have. There are some spoofers out there that work for laptop or one time manual spoof services out there but they simply do it for much higher price just because of how complicated it is

Use a good spoofer if you got banned. You can't dodge the hwid if you don't use spoofer.
