yes, its normal because the cheat doesnt works in your windows. Just works in win v/1809.

What is your version of Windows? You can find out by typing winver.exe in the start menu.
Note: The Valorant trick works on Windows 10 64 bit 1809 version.

The comand prompt should close itself after saying to you to launch the game. That is normal.
