did you get banned only on 1 account or multiple, i think if you try to open valo with new account on flagged pc the timer to lift ban resets and goes back to 4 months, so wait full 4 months before opening valo again and it might be that you got banned on multiple accounts and the perma banned you

yea that's because they have hwid banned you and you can no longer play, wait 4 month from now, mark the date and then try,, if it doesnt work let me know, worked for me and it was mentiond buy riot employe over email

you dont need spoofer after 3-4 month of no valo
i can confirm this because i have 2 computers with same internet and one got hwid banned while i was able to play on the other pc with same internet/ip. So ip does not get flagged only hwid
