Um, no. It's very easy to bypass Vanguard HWID bans at least on my motherboard. I just need to do a clean install of Windows, change the motherboard's serial number and system uuid with AMIDEWIN, change my mac address with TMAC, change my IP address with a router restart, change the monitor ID serial with CRU and I'm good to go. I'm using an MSI board on CSM mode with TPM disabled. Have used this method 10s of times and it works everytime, but it takes like an hour to do all of it.
