You can use it, there is no ranking requeriment. The author gave up on the ideia of it being only for Super Members.same :-/ i wish i could use it
stop using the cheats , its detectedI was banned this afternoon and used spoofer again, it deleted Valorant again. So it does delete the anything in "\Riot Games". Sadly I don't have a good enough internet speed to keep downloading the game again and again. It was fun tho.
