i get 50-62ms in game and in lobby

Maybe there's a running applications in background if its true you can disable it or exit it so that it would not consumed your gpu and will not effect your game especially your connection.

If u use VPN off it. Try to contact ISP they might help u. Maybe viruses are blocking ur network.
