Riot deleted Vanguard from patch notes and also no Vanguard on PH server but the Vanguard popup work now.

After the end of the maintenance in PH server I have make a account to verify if Vanguard was on PH server but it not.

Not yet Riot will add it in april and Vanguard is not on PH server I have verified it.

It not on PBE and also not on PH server I have verified it and also Riot removed Vanguard from all 14.5 patch notes for no reason.

will have ac, but people will figure it out how to bypass and u can use script and skin changer again without getting banned
