The perfomance impact will not be that heavy, lol can be played even by low end laptops from 10+ years.

Vanguard is not active yet and in 48 minutes Riot will release 14.4 patch notes and do a update on Vanguard rollout.It could be that Vanguard is active even if it's a little bit and no one knows about it, but if we don't abuse the script so much it could be that we can start using it
