I believe that initially, disabling Cortana, the background apps that run with Windows, and taking the opportunity to uninstall the ones that come native with Windows. With a quick search on YouTube for "optimized settings for Windows 10 after formatting," you can already find many results!

most of these videos dont help that much. Do really get the maximum of performence u have to change alot more in windows.
And its also just good for Laptops and some bad PC. if u have a good PC it wont change much.
For best pc performance go to search for system >advance system settings > under, performance click settings > click adjust for best performance and lick "ok".
Also you can search for startup apps and turn off useless ones like Microsoft edge etc.
Then u need to clean temp by holding windows + R to open run, then type %temp% click ok and delete every thing in that folder or if lazy like me u can just create a bat file to do it for u. Open text and name it trush and type this
Cd \Windows\Temp
del *.tmp
del *.log
break
Cd \Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp
del *.tmp
del *.log
del *.dp
del *.zip
del *.cache
break
then save it as trush.bat
every time u click it it will clean both temp and %temp% folder. Also u can add other stuff to delete in the bat file
Go to services and disable Sysmain and Windows search services, then go to task scheduler and disable defrag task and delete it. Now finally go to advanced system properties and go to Advance/performance settings/advance/ change, disable the check automatically manage then click on custom size and enter the size as recommended. now restart the PC and boom
Certainly! Here are some Windows 10 optimizations you can perform to enhance the system's performance:
Update Drivers: Keep device drivers up-to-date to ensure compatibility and optimal performance for hardware components.
Disable Startup Programs: Limit the number of programs that launch at startup by accessing Task Manager > Startup tab and disabling unnecessary applications.
Disk Cleanup: Use the built-in Disk Cleanup tool to remove temporary files, system cache, and unnecessary files to free up disk space. Search for "Disk Cleanup" in the Start menu to access it.
Defragment Drives (if HDD): Defragment traditional hard drives periodically to optimize file storage and improve disk performance. Search for "Defragment and Optimize Drives" in the Start menu.
Adjust Power Settings: Access Power Options and choose a power plan that suits your needs, balancing performance and power consumption. To access, right-click the battery icon or search "Power Options" in the Start menu.
Disable Visual Effects: Customize visual effects to improve performance by accessing System Properties > Advanced system settings > Performance Settings. Choose "Adjust for best performance" or customize specific effects.
Disable Background Apps: Go to Settings > Privacy > Background apps and turn off unnecessary apps running in the background.
Enable Game Mode: Windows 10's Game Mode optimizes system resources for gaming. Go to Settings > Gaming > Game Mode to enable it.
Disable Unnecessary Services: Be cautious and research before disabling services, but accessing the Services application (search "Services" in Start) allows you to modify or disable certain background services to improve performance.
Install Updates: Keep Windows 10 updated with the latest patches and security updates to ensure system stability and performance improvements.
