it means you dont meet the requirements you need to downgrade win ver

if you are in windos 11 go back to win 10 1909 and all higher versions

and if you are in garena servers and not riot servers than you need hotfix

you need to wait for update related to the game version / if the admin did not update the cheat then
try to cheat these window 10 this version 1903 1909 20h2 20h1
