I got banned multiples times because I played so brutal. No matter how is your settings you'll still get banned if you play brutal. I used to play hiding in the grass and killing enemies though I couldn't see them without the Xray.

Probably anything regarding zoomhack or blatant evades. Try higher quality evade configs.

I believe evade and self cleanse are the main ways to get caught. a robotic cleanse with almost 0 delay delivers either.
