What do you prefer anime or movies ?

movies but it depends as well
cant say that i prefer one over another because i find them as two different things.
For instance science fiction and fantasy, to some extend, i prefer as movies since i find them more atmospheric and relatable, even if i know its not real my brain seeing real persons in those environments can hotwire it self and ask "What if?" "Could it be possible future?"
On other hand i find Animes way more expressiones when it comes to wide range of extreme emotions, hence ecchi, fan service, isekai and similar genders are better suited for it.
I mean, as example, we can take Cowboy Bebop. And specifically how Edward is re-acted in live action version.
While live action version is so-so, it lacks ..."life" i would say that Anime presents it perfectly trough combinations of visual, audio and as well as movement and gestures of animated characters which are physically impossible for live actors.
