Plus, it's a convenient way to get from point A to point B without breaking a sweat (unless you're speed-walking, of course). And hey, you can always spice things up by listening to some tunes or exploring new routes. So yeah, walking's not too shabby after all.

I started walking a month ago. It's fun and refreshing where I am because where I live is like we have a lot of mountains and forest so I took a light trail and started walking 5km a day. Maybe I will improve next month and try to reach 10k. The benefits for me are that my energy has improved and my muscles are more alive than before.
