I have never been in Brazil, only saw it from internet or from TV's... as far as I seen, Brazil is 50% safe and 50% dangerous, once again - I MIGHT BE WRONG. but I saw the crime ratio, people getting eliminated by some gangs violently by far too often... And there is this gorgeous environment, beautiful cities, forests, places to get excited for, as for the Favela... I wouldn't suggest anyone to take a walk there.
