My take on this character is that this new champion's damage ability can mark enemies hit in no time. Attacking a marked enemy will consume the mark to deal damage-plus-max-health physical damage.
All Out: Attacking a marked opponent causes physical damage and damage that is more apparent than the enemy's maximum health.
The new Champion can also slam his weapon, dealing physical damage in a small area around him and briefly slowing targets he hits. If an enemy is hit, League of Legends K'Sante gains a stack for a short time. With two stacks, he shoots a shockwave that attracts enemies. He can reduce the cooldown no longer slowing down opponents affected by this skill.
