He identifies your pc by mac address and another ways for ban your pc permantely. Have some ways to bypass this but it's little bit hard and need a little bit of knowlage.
P.S.: The name of the type of software that bypass this is a spoofer. Like MATRIX (memoryhackers).

banning HWID is basically your pc, you are banned from playing on any account on your pc even if you format it.

Hwid is id of your hardware... So if you get hwid banned you should get new hardware (hdd)

If you take this type of ban you can only play the same game with another pc, basically.
every hack has a chance of banning even the vip now depends a lot on the HWID can ban on the ID on the HD motherboard etc ... to remove such a ban just by changing the peripherals

if u get hwid ban u wont be able to play that game no matter what or how many accounts u use/have and all u can do is using hwid spoofer most cost money or buy a new pc

HWID ban means the anticheat of the game on which you used cheat on will ban your computer's hardware ids which includes your disk serial,motherboard bios,graphics card and unique hardware number of your pc etc. If you get hwid ban then you won't be able to play that game on your pc anymore unless your change your banned hardware or use a undetected hwid spoofer.
