I think flee is for you to be able to walk and use some skill at the same time, and mixed is for farming and attacking at the same time, that is a harass

The function of flee is when you want to disengage and just keep escaping. Your character will use skill shots not to engage but to escape. It's different from space because if you press space your character will engage regardless of your hp but if you press flee your character will try its best to escape using some skill shots.
The function of mixed is to harass enemy team while farming minions. For example you're using Ezreal, if you press mixed mode then Ezreal will last hit minions to farm and Q to enemies to harass them.
