First, I played with a duo, obviously, and we climbed to Radiant on the Brazilian server. What I can say is, abuse lurking, don't shoot through smokes, don't camp with the Operator, because obviously, you're not Tenz, your reaction time isn't that high, and you don't have a 500Hz monitor to land those shots you attempted. Use agents that are more reserved and take advantage of that, or use duelists. When you enter the site, stay there, don't push forward to avoid seeming too obvious. That's about it.
