I am using Chrome for decades. It has a chronic RAM usage problem. (They say that RAM usage problem was solved, but don't believe the devs, it still has.) But new version of Edge look promising. So I am giving a chance to it nowadays. So far good.

I used to use Chrome as my main browser but few months ago i discovered a new browser of a streamer the browser is called Brave and its legit amazing has build in adblocker and also pays you a % of special ads suggested by partners and 80% of the chrome extensions work fine on it. I've also heard Opera GX is good as well and has build-in ram limiter so your browser dont eat pc ram.
