If you mean focal lengths then the standard 35-85mm lens is the best all rounder. but it really depends on what type of photography you will be doing.
if by brand and Price to performance ratio. I would say Canon for Photo and Video, Sony for Video, Nikon for Photo (but Nikon is kind of not an option for me)
if you don't care about the price of the camera and you want to get the best quality then Leica is out of the question. Leica is on Top of them all IMO.
