Both are important. You need to have a good sensitivity first at your comfort and practice you aiming. Get used to it. Your aiming will improve as long as your always playing the game

Both of them is important so much. At the first ranks ur learning fundamentals of game like gamesense, map knowledge etc. After that on the higher ranks u need improve your reflexes and aim -much mechanical skills-
